Kopaonik National Park

Kopaonik is the largest mountain in Serbia, more then 100 km long. Its highest peak is Suvo Rudiste (also called Pancic's Peak) at 2,016 m above sea. This mountain has enormous resources for the development of tourism. The entire park is characterised by its extraordinary natural beauty: vast expanses of grassland, picturesque forests composed of a wide variety of tree species, beauty spots, deep river gorges.

Celije Monastery is located in Western Serbia, near the Gradac river, about 6 km southwest from the town of Valjevo. Celije Monastery was originally built in the late 13th century. During its history the monastery was devastated several times and it was finally reconstructed in the 18th century.

Ljubostinja Monastery is located in the south-central part of Serbia. Ljubostinja monastery was founded by Prince Lazar Hrebeljanovic and Princess Milica in 1388. Unfortunately, little has remained of once vast painted area of Ljubostinja Monastery. In the nave, only the Annunciation unit of the whole Festival Cycle has survived.
